Meet Juan
Born and raised in Phoenix with my roots in Chihuahua, Mexico, Spanish is my first language. Raised by a resilient single mother, I saw the struggles firsthand and learned early what families face when unexpected legal struggles hit a tight budget. My career began in immigration law in 2005, inspired by my family's journey as I experienced my father’s deportation and my sister's Green Card battle. In 2016, I expanded into Personal Injury, working two full-time legal jobs due to my passion for Immigration Law. My pride and joy are my four children (ages 14, 10, 7, and 5). My advocacy for family law comes from experiencing my own divorce after a 10-year marriage. My own divorce was dismissed for attorney procedural error, and I had to refile after working for a Family Law Attorney. I know the paralyzing stress of walking on eggshells and watching traditional firms drain life savings.
